Email al@thismoment.ai or use our contact form and choose “Product support”. We reply within two working days.
To help us solve the problem quickly, include:
- the name of the app and whether you use it on iPhone, iPad, Android or the web;
- your device model and operating system version;
- the email address on your account;
- what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and a screenshot if you can.
Signing in and your account
I can’t sign in
Check that you’re using the same sign-in method you used when you created the account, such as Sign in with Apple, Google or email. If you used Sign in with Apple and chose to hide your email, your account is linked to an Apple private relay address. If you’re still stuck, email al@thismoment.ai.
I want to change my email or details
You can update most details in the app’s settings. For anything else, contact support.
Subscriptions and refunds
Cancel a subscription on iPhone or iPad
Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Choose the subscription and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Cancel a subscription on Android
Open the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Choose the subscription and tap Cancel subscription.
Request a refund
Apple and Google process payments for our mobile apps, so refunds are decided by them. For App Store purchases, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play purchases, follow Google’s refund instructions in the Play Store. For purchases made on our websites, email al@thismoment.ai.
Restore purchases
If you’ve reinstalled an app or moved to a new device, use Restore purchases in the app’s settings while signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account.
Delete your account
You can delete your account and its data at any time:
- In the app, open Settings and choose Delete account, then confirm.
- If you can’t access the app, email al@thismoment.ai from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”.
We remove your profile and content from our active systems within 30 days. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription, so cancel that separately as described above.

Report a problem or content
To report a bug, a security issue or content that breaks our terms, email al@thismoment.ai. For security issues, include “Security” in the subject line and we will prioritise it.
